Each plan includes 20% off any treatment needed

Plan #1

Our first plan is the Child Complete Plan for individuals 13 and younger. This plan is $264 a year and includes:

  • 2 professional cleanings
  • 2 regular exams
  • 2 fluoride treatments
  • 1 routine x-ray
  • 1 emergency exam

Each additional family member receives 15% off membership fee.

Plan #2

Our second plan is the Adult Complete Plan for individuals 14 and older. This plan is $336 a year and includes:

  • 2 professional cleanings
  • 2 regular exams and screenings
  • 2 fluoride treatments
  • 1 routine x-ray
  • 1 emergency exam

Plan #3

Our third plan is the Perio Plan for individuals 14 and older. This plan is $420 a year and includes:

  • 2 perio maintenance appointments
  • 2 regular exams and screenings
  • 2 fluoride treatments
  • 1 routine x-ray
  • 1 emergency exam

Plan #4

Lastly, our fourth plan is the Perio Plus Plan for individuals 14 and older. This plan is $504 a year and includes:

  • 3 perio maintenance appointments
  • 2 regular exams and screenings
  • 2 fluoride treatments
  • 1 routine x-ray
  • 1 emergency exam
